Joel Marion has released a revolutionary program to rapidly help you lose weight. But does the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet work is the question many people are asking themselves. Rightfully so, you should be skeptical of most fat loss programs that go on to the market because they’re so popular that it is becoming hard to find the ones that are really worth your money. I was surprised to find how well the Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet worked when I personally experienced the results for myself.

I remember growing up and learning about the food pyramid and that it was the only right way to healthily eat to lose weight. But the food pyramid has become so outdated that it is hardly still applicable. Joel Marion went through a lot of scientific studies to make sure the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet really did work. The diet uses a five day cycle of eating techniques that will challenge your mind and your body to their limits. Being an extreme diet you should expect no less and if you are not ready for the difficulty of such a fat loss diet program then this might not be for you.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet works because it uses a system that will deplete many of your food stores and then allow you to recover for a little bit and then go back to depletion. This way it will allow you to rest before you go back to sprinting your way to lose weight. The magical hormone responsible for this is really leptin, which is the hormone responsible for telling your body if it’s starving or not. When you are dieting leptin tells your body that there’s a shortage of food and you should therefore hold on to all stores of your fat in order to survive. And this is eliminated by allowing your body to have a cheat day in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, which will raise the level of the hormone leptin in your body.

Another perk that Joel Marion included in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to make it work are the training programs. Even though the diet portion of the program will make up most of your results, the training workouts will take it to another level. The workouts are designed by John Romaniello and they use a few different forms of training which are synced with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. As an example, on the cheat day when you are taking in a lot more calories than usual, you’ll be doing a density training routine which will be a lot harder but it will be doable because you are going to have a lot more extra energy.
